Tato diplomová práce pojednává o Jižním centru, hlavní rozvojové zóně Brna. Jedná se o nevyužitou lokalitu v těsném sousedství historického jádra města. Práce se snaží nastínit majetkové vztahy v území, záměry města a investorů a také obsahuje kritické hodnocení potenciálu Brna k rozvoji této lokality, včetně názorů odborníků. Abstract:
The thesis deals with South Centre, a development zone of Brno. The South Centre is an unused area near the historic city centre. The thesis tries to show property relations in the area, intetions of the city authority and investors, and also includes a critical evaluation of the potential of Brno for developing of this site, and shows points of view of experts.
