Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je galvanické zinkování jako protikorozní ochrana strojírenských dílů vyrobených z oceli. Hlavním cílem práce bylo seznámit se s technologií galvanického zinkování, určit vhodnost použití této technologie pro ve strojírenství nejčastěji používaný materiál – ocel a určit základní parametry, které tuto technologii ovlivňují. Celá práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část aplikační. Teoretická část se nejprve zabývá pojmy koroze a protikorozní ochrana, dále je věnována pozornost konkrétně technologii galvanického zinkování. V aplikační části je realizována experimentální zkouška u galvanicky zinkovaných vzorků technologií slabě kyselou a alkalickou bezkyanidovou lázní. Prováděné zkoušky poukázaly na hlavní parametry, které tyto technologie ovlivňují. Vzorky byly testovány na tloušťku a následně na mechanické namáhání. Poté proběhla hlavní zkouška v umělé atmosféře, která stimulovala korozní prostředí. Výsledky zkoušek pro jednotlivé technologie byly vyhodnoceny a na základě získaných poznatků byly následně vyvozeny závěry.

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis is galvanizing as corrosion protection of mechanical parts made from steel. The main goal of the work was to get acquainted with galvanizing technology, to determine the suitability of this technology for the most commonly used engineering material - steel and determine the basic parameters that affect this technology. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part first discusses the concepts of corrosion and corrosion protection, also pays attention to technology galvanizing process. There is an experimental test executed in the application part performed with electro-galvanized samples technologies weakly acidic and alkaline cyanide-free bath. The tests identified the main parameters that influence these technologies. The samples were tested for thickness and then to mechanical stress. After that was a major test in artificial atmosphere that stimulated corrosive environments. The test results for each technology were evaluated and the outcomes were subsequently deducted from the information obtained.
