Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská diplomová práce s názvem „Získávání zaměstnanců v Rusku a v České republice“ se zabývá popsáním celého procesu získávání pracovníků v organizaci, následným zmapováním používaných metod získávání pracovníků v ruském a českém prostředí a upozorněním na případné rozdíly a vývoj trendů.
Abstract:
The submitted bachelor thesis called „Recruitment in Russia and in the Czech Republic“ focuses on description of the entire recruitment process in the organization, followed by mapping of recruitment methods used in both Russian and Czech environments. Furthermore, it draws attention to emerging differences, and development trends.
