Abstract:

V mé bakalářské práci se zabývám katastrálními úřady, což nešlo bez hlubšího historického zkoumání věci, proto jsem se musela ponořit až do 11. století. Díky dějinám jsme mohli zjistit, jak těžké překážky musel překonat, aby se dostal do dnešní podoby. Současný katastr nemovitostí však dodnes vychází z podkladů dřívějších evidencí a to z nejvýznamnějšího stabilního katastru (1817-1927), pozemkového katastru (1927-1956), pozemkových knih (1874-1964), jednotné evidence půdy (1956-1964) a evidence nemovitostí (1964-1992). V Praktické části bakalářské práce se zaměřuji na organizaci katastrálních úřadů v Ústeckém kraji.

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis, there I am dealing with the cadastral offices, which was not possible without a deeper examination of the historical things, so I had to dive until 11 century. With the history we can see how difficult the obstacles had to overcome to get into its present form. The Land Register, however, still based on earlier documents and registers to the most stable land (1817-1927), land cadastre (1927-1956), property registers (1874-1964), a single registry of land (1956-1964) and register property ( 1964-1992). In the Practical part of this bachelor thesis I aim on the organization of cadastral agencies in the Region of Ústí nad Labem
