Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje vymezení konceptu smart city a využití chytrých technologií v odpadovém hospodářství, a to zejména při sběru odpadu. Cílem baka-lářské práce je zhodnotit provoz chytrých košů na území vybraných měst – Pracha-tic, Hradce Králové, Prahy 5 – Anděl a Prahy 17 a provést jejich analýzu odpadu. This bachelor thesis is focused on the delimitation of the smart city concept and the usage of smart technologies in waste management, especially within the waste collection. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the operation of smart bins in specific cities – Prachatice, Hradec Kralove, Prague 5 – Andel and Prague 17 and to analyse the waste that each city had produced.
