The submitted thesis is particularly focused on the schola-type structures in Pompeii. Attention will also be paid to deceased people, whom these structures had been dedicated to or who had contributed to their construction. Predložená magisterská práca je zameraná hlavne na štruktúry typu schola v Pompejách. Pozornosť je upriamená i na zosnulé osoby, ktorým tieto štruktúry boli dedikované alebo sa o ich výstavbu pričinili. V úvodnej kapitole je predstavený kultúrny vývoj osídlenia Pompejí na poukázanie striedania a miesenia etruskej, samnitsko-oskánskej a gréckej populácie.
