Tato práce pojednává o nákupním procesu a jeho řešení v akciové společnosti Kdynium, a. s. V první části jsou popisovány teoretické poznatky o logistice, nákupu a dalších krocích spojených s nákupem. This thesis considers the purchasing process and its use in the company Kdynium, a. s. The first part of the project describes logistics, purchasing and other steps associated with purchasing from a theoretical viewpoint.
