Project Proposal to Support the Integration of Socially Excluded Children and Youth in the City of Zlín

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracovat návrh projektu pro vybudování nízkoprahového zařízení pro děti a mládež ve Zlíně. V práci je popsána základní terminologie spojena s oblastí sociálního vyloučení a sociálních služeb. Rovněž je zde definována podstata projektového řízení a stanoveny nástroje financování nízkoprahového zařízení pro děti a mládež. K opodstatnění projektu byla vytvořena analýza stavu nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež ve Zlínském kraji, která se skládala ze tří částí. První část tvořila analýza zainteresovaných stran, dále byl proveden řízený rozhovor a dotazníkové šetření s pracovníky nízkoprahových zařízení pro děti a mládež ve Zlínském kraji a v neposlední řadě byla ze všech poznatků analýz vytvořena SWOT analýza. Konec práce byl věnován samotnému návrhu projektu pro vybudování nízkoprahového zařízení pro děti a mládež ve Zlíně. Projekt by v budoucnu mohl sloužit jako možný podklad pro podání žádosti v rámci dotačních titulů. Za přínos práce je brán smysl podpory sociálního začleňování a pomoc s rizikovou mládeží.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate a project proposal for creation of a low threshold facility for children and youth in Zlín. The thesis describes the basic terminology associated with the field of social exclusion and social services. It also defines the essence of project management and sets out the instruments of financing a low-threshold facility for children and youth. To justify the project, an analysisof the state of low-threshold facilities was created for children and youth in the Zlín region which consisted of three parts. The first part consisted of a stakeholder analysis, then was conducted a controlled interview and a questionnaire survey with the staff of low threshold facilities for children and youth in the Zlín Region and finally a SWOT analysis was created from all the findings of the analysis. The end of the thesis was devoted to the proposal of the project itself for the creation of a low-threshold facility for childrenand youth in Zlín. In the future, the project could serve as a basis of the application within grant titles. The sense of promoting social inclusion and helping with at-risk youth is taken as the contribution of this thesis.
