E-learning at the Palacky University in Olomouc from the Students Point of View

Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá zjištěním aktuálního stavu míry a kvality využívání moderních možností vzdělávání a forem komunikace při výuce na Univerzitě Palackého v Olomouci. V teoretické části stručně a obecně seznamuje s formami výuky a jejich vývojem s ohledem na užívání elektronické formy komunikace, dále pak s vývojem a definicí e-learningu a LMS a rozvojem informačních technologií s přihlédnutím k situaci na UP v Olomouci. Praktická část práce je věnována prezentaci konkrétních výsledků výzkumu zaměřeného na e-learning a elektronickou komunikaci na UP v Olomouci. Tyto výsledky jsou zhodnoceny v závěru práce.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the findings of the current state of the quality and use of advanced learning opportunities and forms of communication within the education at Palacky University in Olomouc. The theoretical part generally acquaints with the forms of teaching and their development with regard to the use of electronic forms of communication, furthermore, it acquaints with the development and definition of e-learning and LMS, and the development of information technology referring to the situation at Palacky University in Olomouc. The practical part is devoted to the presentation of results of specific research on e-learning and electronic communication at University. These results are discussed in the conclusion.
