Business in the non-bank lending funds (unlicensed) operators in the CR

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je vymezit nebankovní (nelicencované) subjekty působící v České republice a popsat jejich místo v nebankovním sektoru. Nejprve jsem se orientoval na odlišení nebankovního sektoru od bankovního, jeho výhodami a místem na trhu. Většina těchto společností poskytuje spotřebitelské úvěry, které jsou nejběžnějším produktem na trhu. Dále jsem specifikoval společnosti a instituce, patřící do nebankovního sektoru. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsem se zabýval funkčností těchto subjektů, způsobem založení včetně jejich produktů, činností a služeb, které poskytují svým zákazníkům. Popsal jsem ty největší instituce a detailně provedl jejich rozbor včetně vymezení jednotlivých produktů. V poslední části jsem se zabýval ochranou nebankovních společností a klientskými doporučeními týkajícími se spotřebitelského úvěru.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to define the non-bank (unlicensed) operators in the Czech Republic and describe their place in the non-banking sector. First I focused on the modulation of non-banking sector, banking, and its advantages in the market. Most of these companies provide consumer loans, which are the most common product on the market. Next, I specify the companies and institutions belonging to non-banking sector. In each chapter I have dealt with the functionality of these entities, including establishing the manner of their products, activities and services they provide to their customers. I described the largest institution and analyzed them in detail, including the definition of each product. In the final part dealt with the protection of non-bank clients and recommendations relating to consumer credit.
