Multiplexní imunohistochemie je metoda imunofluorescenčního značení více markerů na jednom vzorku. Tato metoda byla optimalizována pro imunofenotypizaci tkáně kolorektálního karcinomu. Zde byly detekovány markery CD8, EPCAM a FOXP3. Abstract:
Multiplex immunohistochemistry is an immunofluorescent method for labeling multiple markers on one sample. This aproach was optimized for immunophenotyping of colorectal cancer tissue. CD8, EPCAM and FOXP3 markers were detected here.
