Právní úprava vlastnictví v novém občanském zákoníku

Legal regulation of ownership in the new Civil Code
Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje právní úpravě vlastnictví v novém občanském zákoníku. V první řadě podává základní přehled a hodnotí právní úpravu vlastnictví v tomto soukromoprávním kodexu. Práce je také zaměřena na srovnání právní úpravy vlastnictví podle nové právní úpravy a předchozí právní úpravy.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with legal regulation of ownership in the new Civil Code. It starts with the basic overview and evaluates legal regulation of ownership in this private Code. The following work is also focused on comparison legal regulation of ownership under the new legislation and the previous legislation.
