Gynecological oncology of children and adolescents

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je koncipována ve dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a na část výzkumnou. Teoretickou část jsem navíc pro dosažení lepší členitosti rozdělila na obecnou a speciální pasáž. Obecná pasáž teoretické části je věnována patologickému popisu nádoru, jeho dělením, projevy, diagnostikou, léčbou, prevencí a rizikovým faktorům přispívajícím k jeho vzniku. Speciální pasáž je v úvodu zaměřena na periodizaci dětského a adolescentního věku a pak již konkrétně na možná gynekologická nádorová onemocnění této věkové skupiny. Ve výzkumné části se pomocí retrospektivní studie snažím zjistit kvalitu současného života vyléčených pacientek.

Abstract:

The bacalor thesis is conceived in two parts, the theoretical part and the research part. In addition, in order to achieve better articulation I have divided the theoretical part into a general and special passage. The general part of the theoretical part is devoted to the pathological description of the tumor, its division, manifestations, diagnosis, treatment, prevention and risk factors contributing to the disease. The special passage is at the beginning focused on the periodization of childhood and adolescent age and then specifically on the possible gynecological tumors of this age group. In the research section, I am trying to find out the quality of the current life of the cured patients by means of a retrospective study.
