V diplomové práci „Definování KPI ukazatelů ve strojírenské firmě“ vycházím z činnosti reálné společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a aplikační část. V teoretické části uvádím základní controllingové pojmy ve vztahu k hodnocení výkonnosti firem a dále některé metody řízení výroby s důrazem na analýzu úzkých míst výroby. The thesis is based on the activities and processes in the real engineering company. The thesis has two parts: the theory and the application one. The theory contains some definitions from the controlling and the production management. It is focused on the bottlenecks in the production.
