Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vyhodnocení skutečností získaných ze srovnání podmínek při založení a vedení soukromých firem z pohledu legislativních změn v oblasti účetnictví a daní v roce 2004 ve srovnání s rokem 2007. This bachelor work concentrates on analysing of facts based on comparing conditions for new created firms and managing of existing private companies from the view of legistative changes in the area of accounting and taxes in years 2004 and 2007.
