Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce jsou nařízení obcí. Teoretická část tohoto textu se zabývá veřejnou správou v České republice. Dále je popsáno obecní zřízení, jeho historie, základní charakteristika a právní předpisy obcí. V další části se blíže rozpracovává nařízení obcí.
