Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení principu fungování informačního systému pro správu a vyřizování objednávek v praxi ve vybrané společnosti. Popsání a následná analýza celého procesu vyřízení a zpracování objednávky v informačním systému. Návrh vlastních řešení pro efektivnější fungování celého procesu při zpracování objednávek přes informační systémy společnosti Velkoobchod-eshop.cz.
