This master´s diploma thesis deals with research of city elites of Banská Bystrica in the first half of 16th century. With the use of prospography and microhistory it, before all, reconstructs lists of city councils, observes development of wine trade and creates the largest biography database for councilmen and notaries living in the surveyed period. Táto magisterská diplomová práca sa venuje výskumu banskobystrických mestských elít v prvej polovici 16. storočia. S využitím prospografických a mikrohistorických metód sa podarilo predovšetkým rekonštruovať zoznamy a vývoj mestských rád, spracovať vývoj obchodu s vínom a vytvoriť najrozsiahlejší súbor biogramov radnej vrstvy a notárov pre skúmané obdobie.
