Cieľom diplomovej práce je previesť analýzu a návrh vybraných procesov zameraných na personálny manažment spoločnosti. V teoretickej časti práce sa nachádzajú zložky riadenia ľudských zdrojov, ktoré sú neoddeliteľnou súčasťou pri realizácii praktickej časti.
