Přestože Itálie a Španělsko sdílejí úzké kulturní a geografické vazby, ve světě módy se obě země vyvíjely značně odlišně. I když v obou zemích se rozvíjí jak rychlá, tak luxusní móda, Itálie je více spojována s luxusní módou a je s tímto sektorem silně asociována, zatímco Španělsko je široce známé pro svou dostupnou, rychlou módu. Despite sharing close cultural and geographical ties, Italy and Spain have developed notably differently in the fashion industry.
