Abstract:

Tématem disertační práce je sociální práce realizovaná nestátními neziskovými organizacemi (dále NNO) v oblasti zaměstnávání osob znevýhodněných na trhu práce. Cílem je vymezit roli sociálního pracovníka působícího v této oblasti. Práce obsahuje část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část je zasazena do paradigmatu sociálního konstruktivismu, s ním souvisejícího konceptu světa v dosahu, konceptu sociálního fungování a životní situace, a přibližuje tři základní témata. Prvním z nich je trh práce a jeho souvislosti. Druhým problémem, kterým se tato práce zaobírá, je otázka marginalizace a diskriminace na trhu práce. Třetím řešeným tématem je realizace vlastní sociální práce v oblasti zaměstnávání osob znevýhodněných na trhu práce v kontextu nestátního neziskového sektoru a sociálních služeb. Výzkumná část reaguje v rámci kvalitativního výzkumného šetření na následující výzkumnou otázku: ?Jak vnímají sociální pracovníci NNO svoji roli v rámci zaměstnávání osob znevýhodněných na trhu práce?? Výzkum je realizován v designu zakotvené teorie. Údaje od konverzačních partnerů, sociálních pracovníků působících ve městě Brně, byly získány hloubkovými rozhovory. Zjištěné informace jsou zpracovány a analyzovány v souladu s použitým designem a výstupem je formulace zakotvené teorie role sociálních pracovníků NNO v rámci zaměstnávání osob znevýhodněných na trhu práce.

Abstract:

The doctoral thesis deals with social work realized by non-governmental non-profit organizations (hereafter NGOs) which provide assistance in the employment of people disadvantaged on the labour market. Its main aim is to define the role of social worker practising in this field. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical one. The theoretical part, which is grounded in the paradigm of social constructivism, the related conception of the world within reach and the conception of social functioning and life situation, expounds three topics. The first is labour market and related issues. The second subject to debate is the question of marginalisation and discrimination on the labour market. The third topic explored herein is the social work practice related to the employment of people who are disadvantaged on the labour market, in the context of non-governmental non-profit sector and social services. The research section operates within the frame of qualitative research and responds to the following research question: ?How do the social workers of the NGO perceive their role in relation to the employment of disadvantaged people on the labour market?? The research follows the design of the embedded theory. The data from the conversation partners, i.e. social workers employed in the city of Brno, were obtained via in-depth interviews. The data collected are processed and analyzed in accordance with the design used and the outcome is the formulation of the grounded theory of the role of the social workers of NGO in the field of the employment of the people who are disadvantaged at the labour market.
