V této práci se zabývám typologiemi pachatelů a její problematikou. Cílem této práce je v první části shrnout veškeré mě dostupné informace z české a slovenské literatury a vytvořit přehled typologií. Dále je mým cílem, aby čtenář získal povědomí o studiích a výzkumech týkajících se typologií pachatelů prováděných v zahraničí. In this work I am dealing with the typologies of offenders and their problems. Firstly, the purpose of this work is to summarize all the available information from Czech and Slovak literature and to create an overview of the typologies.
