Abstract:
Cílem práce je komparativní analýza tří internetových rezervačních systémů: Expedia, Booking.com a HRS. V práci byly stanoveny dvě hypotézy. Analýza je postavena na porovnání hodnot získaných ze SWOT analýz vybraných internetových rezervačních systémů. Pro ověření výsledků je použit rozhovor s odborníkem. The aim of the work is comparative analysis of three Internet reservation systems: Expedia, Booking.com and HRS. The work also established two hypoteses.
