Effects of the legislation on the competitiveness of the Czech distillery after 2012

Anotácia:

Tématem této práce je zkoumání vlivu změněné legislativy na konkurenceschopnost lihovarnictví na území ČR po roce 2012. Práce se zabývá historií lihovarnictví ve světě a především tou Českou. Porovnává líh denaturovaný a spotřební a jeho danění a zpracování. Dále práce mapuje změnu legislativy a důvody této změny. Dopady zákonů na odvod daní, spotřebu lihovin a také počty osob, které jsou registrované ke značení lihu. Analyzuje trh s lihovinami a dopady na lihovarnictví samotné. Sleduje zavedení kaucí na osoby značící líh a vliv kaucí na redukci podnikatelů v tomto odvětví. Dále hodnotí vliv prohibice na důvěryhodnost českého lihovarnictví a import zahraničních produktů. Analyzuje úbytek poptávky domácích po domácích produktech a zvyšování importu do České republiky. Navrhuje změny, které mohou vést ke zlepšení situace v lihovarnictví a to především pro nejmenší podnikatele s lokálními speciály. Závěrem shrnuje veškeré informace získané od lihovarníků samotných a porovnává je s cíli změněné legislativy.

Abstract:

The theme of this work is to examine the impact of the changed legislation on the competitiveness of the distilling industry on the territory of the Czech republic after 2012. The work deals with the history of distilling industry in the world, and especially the Czech. Compares the alcohol denatured and consumer, and its tax and processing. Further work maps the changing legislation and the reasons for this change. The impact of the laws on the payment of taxes, the consumption of spirits and the numbers of persons that are registered to the labelling of alcohol. Analyzes the market for spirits and the effects of the liquor business. Watching the introduction of the bond to the person marking the alcohol and the impact on the reduction of deposits of businesses in this sector. The effect of the prohibition on further evaluating the credibility of the Czech liquor business and the import of foreign products. Analyzes the decline in domestic demand after the domestic products and the raising of the import to the Czech Republic. Proposed changes, which may lead to an improvement of the situation in the liquor business and especially for the smallest businesses with local specials. The conclusion summarizes all the information obtained from of distillers themselves and compares them with the objectives of the amended legislation.
