Abstract:

Absolventská práce se věnuje využití muzikoterapie u lidí s kombinovaným postižením. Cílem práce je vypracování čtyř ucelených muzikoterapeutických programů vhodných pro tuto cílovou skupinu lidí. Tato práce nejprve popisuje a vysvětluje základní údaje z teoretické oblasti, které jsou předpokladem pro realizaci praktické části. Je zde vysvětlen pojem muzikoterapie a je zde též popsána cílová skupina osob s kombinovaným postižením. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé potřeby lidí s kombinovaným postižením, které se dají naplnit pomocí muzikoterapie. Dále zde jsou vysvětleny jednotlivé postupy muzikoterapeutické práce, které jsou poté použity v při utváření programů. Ve druhé části práce jsou vypracovány čtyři muzikoterapeutické programy určené klientům Střediska Černý Most Diakonie Církve bratrské. U jednotlivých programů je popsán postup práce a reflexe klientů. V této práci byly použity tyto metody šetření: pozorování a reflexe.

Abstract:

The graduate thesis deals with the use of music therapy in people with combined disabilities. The aim of the thesis is to develop four integrated music therapy programs suitable for this target group of people. This work first describes and explains basic theoretical knowledge that is a prerequisite for the practical part. Here is explained the concept of music therapy and there is also described the target group of people with combined disabilities. There are described the individual needs of people with combined disabilities that can be filled with music therapy. Here are also explained the different procedures of music therapy, which are then used in the formation of programs. In the second part of the thesis there are four music therapy programs designed for clients of the Středisko Černý Most Diakonie Církve bratrské. Individual programs describe the workflow and client reflection. The following methods of investigation were used in this work: observation and reflection.
