Tato práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní částí – teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se dále skládá z části obecné a speciální. Obecná část zahrnuje poznatky o anatomii kolenního kloubu, popis endoprotézy, indikace k jejímu provedení – zejména se zaměřením na gonartrózu, dále operaci a vše s ní spojené i včetně možných komplikací. This work is divided into two main parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is consisted of general and special part. The general part includes information about the anatomy of knee joint, description of endoprosthesis, indication to the implantation – especially with the intention of gonarthrosis and complications connected with the surgery too.
