Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou obecně závazných vyhlášek územních samosprávných celků. Prostřednictvím obecně závazných vyhlášek se realizuje ústavně garantované právo na samosprávu. Tato práce se zaměřuje na aktuální právní úpravu a věnuje se obecně závazným vyhláškám od jejich vzniku až k jejich rušení. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with Generally Binding Ordinances of the self-government unit. By the generally bindings Ordinances are realized the constitutionally guaranteed right to self-goverment. This thesis focuses on the current legislativ and engages in a generally binding ordinances. Defines the term genereally binding ordinances and shortly discusses regulation of municipalities and regions.
