Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analyzováním práv a povinností svědka v trestním řízení. Poukazuje na právní úpravu ochrany svědků a dalších osob v rámci českého právního systému. Dále je práce zaměřena na vykázání násilných osob v oblasti domácího násilí.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis analyses rights and obligations of a witness in a criminal procedure. It points to the legal regulation of the protection of witnesses and other people within the Czech legal system. Furthermore, the thesis is focused on the expulsion of violent people in a field of domestic violence.
