The development of budget of the Statutory city of Ústí nad Labem and its comparison to the budgets of Statutory cities České Budějovice and Hradec Králové in 2003 - 2013.

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit a popsat vývoj rozpočtu Statutárního města Ústí nad Labem a jeho srovnání s rozpočty Statutárních měst Hradec Králové a České Budějovice. Práce má 4 kapitoly. První kapitola obsahuje teoretickou část, která je rozdělena do 2 kapitol, kde je popsána základní terminologie rozpočtu, struktura rozpočtu a charakteristika příjmů a výdajů samosprávných celků. Vzhledem k tomu, že hlavní podstatou této práce je Ústí nad Labem, druhá kapitola je věnována Statutárnímu městu Ústí nad Labem a jeho charakteristice. Třetí kapitola je praktická část, kde je rozebrán a popsán vývoj příjmů a výdajů ve sledovaném období 2003 2013 u Statutárního města Ústí nad Labem. V poslední kapitole 4 je uváděna komparace příjmů a výdajů se Statutárními městy Hradec Králové a České Budějovice ve sledovaném období 2003 - 2003.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to evaluate and describe the development of the Statutory City Ústí´s nad Labem budget and its comparison with the budgets of statutory city Hradec Kralové and České Budějovice. The thesis is devided into 4 chapters. The first chapter contains a theoretical part, which is divided into two chapters, in these chapters is described the basic terminology of the budget, budget structure and characteristics of the revenues and expenditures of local authorities. Considering that the main essence of this work is the city Ústí nad Labem, the second chapter is focused on the Statutory City of Ústí nad Labem and its characteristics. The third chapter is a practical part, where it is analyzed and described the development of incomes and expenditures in the period 2003 - 2013 in the Statutory City of Ústi nad Labem. In the last chapter is therefore shown a comparison of incomes and expenditures with the cities of Hradec Kralové, České Budějovice in the observed period.
