This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of factors that support (drivers) and hinder (barriers) inter-municipal cooperation in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to identify the key motivations that lead municipalities to establish cooperation, as well as the barriers that complicate this process.
