Antimicrobial effect of natural compounds against bacteria of the genus Arcobacter
Abstract:
V práci jsou nejprve uvedeny základní vlastnosti bakterií rodu Arcobacter. V další části jsou popisovány principy působení přírodních látek proti mikroorganismům. Největší prostor je věnován antimikrobiálním účinkům vybraných konkrétních přírodních produktů a extraktů a jejich možnému využití.
Abstract:
The basic attributes of bacteria of the genus Arcobacter are introduced at the beginning of the thesis. In the next section, the effects of natural substances against microorganisms are described. The biggest part is devoted to antimicrobial effect of selected specific natural products and extracts, and their possible use.
