Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza ústavy přijaté v květnu 1948 po komunistickém převratu a následně ústavy přijaté v roce 1960, kde budou porovnávány a srovnávány rozdíly a posuny státního zřízení na bázi článků z obou ústav. Práce se bude zaměřovat na objasněním několika zásadních odlišností, které se udály v průběhu období. Práce bude řešit celkové proměny, jak právní, tak i obecné v letech 1948 …more

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is an analysis of the constitution adopted in May 1948 after the communist coup and subsequently of the constitution adopted in 1960, where differences and shifts in the state establishment based on articles from the two constitutions will be compared and compared.
