Diplomová práce se bude zabývat nájmem bytu nebo domu k bydlení se zaměřením na hlavními prvky ochrany nájemců. Tyto prvky bude sledovat ve vývoji právní úpravy, především ale v její aktuální podobě. The diploma thesis will deal with the lease of an apartment or house for living with a focus on the main elements of tenant protection. It will monitor these elements in the development of legislation, but above all in its current form.
