Manufacturing equipment for rotational molding of plastics

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá výrobními zařízeními pro rotační tváření plastů. Téma práce bylo zvoleno s ohledem na možnosti rozvoje výroby plastových produktů a ekonomickou využitelnost těchto zařízení. Práce je členěna do tří hlavních kapitol a dalších podkapitol. První kapitola se zabývá obecnými informacemi o plastech a jejich využití. Podává výklad o dělení plastů, jejich struktuře a termodynamických vlastnostech. Zároveň poskytuje informace o základech technologie zpracování plastů a o rotačním tváření. Druhá kapitola práce je zaměřena na koncepci a elektrotechnický návrh výrobního zařízení pro rotační tváření plastů. Podrobně pojednává o procesu a fungování navrhovaného výrobního zařízení. Třetí kapitola popisuje elektrotechnickou realizaci a provedení tohoto výrobního zařízení. Věnuje se elektrotechnické funkci výrobního zařízení a popisu schémat zapojení. Práce je v příloze doplněna o schémata zapojení, která jsou klíčová pro popis fungování výrobního zařízení a výrazně napomáhají popisu tohoto zařízení.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the manufacturing devices for rotational moulding of plastics. The theme of this thesis was chosen in consideration of possibilities of development of manufacturing plastic products and economical applications of these devices. The thesis consists of three main chapters and other sub-chapters. The first chapter deals with general information about plastics and their applications. It gives the explanation about the classification of the plastics, their structures and the thermodynamical properties. And also it provides information about the base of the technology of manufacturing plastic and rotational moulding. The second chapter is focused on the conception and the electrotechnical design of manufacturing device for rotational moulding of plastics. It describes the process and the function of the design manufacturing device. The third chapter describes the realization and the verification of this device including the descriptions of the circuit diagrams. The thesis is completed by the circuit diagrams, which are keyword for understanding of the function and the operation of the manufacturing device, very helpful for the description of this device.
