Presentation of Women in Media (Pardubice´Supplement of the Mladá fronta DNES)

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak je v médiích, Pardubická příloha MFDNES, prezentována žena, jestli se její prezentace od minulosti nějak změnila. Práce je zaměřena na užívání stereotypů, jak po lingvistické stránce, tak obrazové dokumentace. Důležitým bodem je nejen to jak píší o ženách samotní redaktoři/ky, ale i jak prezentaci žen vnímají čtenáři/ky deníku a jestli mají nějaké připomínky.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to discover how is woman presented in media (Pardubice´s insertion of Mladá fronta DNES), if is woman´s presentation other than was in past. This thesis is concentred with the use of stereotypes, both linguistic aspect and effigy´s documentation. Topic isn´t only how redactors writes about women but also how is perceived this presentation in readers and if readers have any comments.
