Sociomapping and its influence of better cooperation in the team

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním vlivu sociomapování na zlepšení spolupráce v týmu. Cílem práce je analyzovat vybraný pracovní tým zapojený do sociomapování a posoudit, zda tento nástroj je pro rozvoj týmu relevantní a jak jednotliví členové týmu zapojeného do sociomapování vnímají jeho smysl. Výstup poslouží k formulaci doporučení pro útvar Vzdělávání a rozvoje ČSOB, jak tento nástroj dál využívat. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to na teoretickou část a praktickou část. Teoretická část se soustředí na vymezení problematiky týmů, jejich spolupráci a popis nástroje sociomapování. Praktická část je zaměřená na popis vybraného pracovního týmu, průběh realizovaného sociomapování, analýzy dat a výsledků ze sociomapování a pomocí hloubkových rozhovorů se členy vybraného týmu je posuzován celkový vliv na spolupráci v jejich týmu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the investigation of the influence of sociomapping on the improvement of teamwork. The aim of the work is to analyze the selected team involved in sociomapping and to assess whether this tool is relevant for team development and how individual members of the team involved in sociomapping perceive its meaning. The output will serve to formulate recommendations for the ČSOB Education and Development Department to further use this tool. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of team issues, their cooperation and description of the tool of sociomapping. The practical part is focused on the description of the selected work team, the course of ongoing sociomapping, analysis of data and results from sociomapping and through the in-depth interviews with members of the selected team is assessed the overall impact on cooperation in their team.
