Abstract:
Tato bakalárská práce se zabývá úverovým ratingem obcí a zameruje se na stanovení vhodných kritérií pro ratingové hodnocení. Predkládá analýzu vybraných obcí pomocí stanovených ratingových ukazatelu, seznamuje se základní charakteristikou obce, municipálním rozpoctem a majetkem.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the credit rating of municipalities and focuses on establishing appropriate criteria for rating assessment. Presents an analysis of selected municipalities with established rating parameters, introduces the basic characteristics of the municipality, municipal budgets and property.
