Hospitality in current economic situation

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje podmínky pro podnikání v pohostinství. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část, teoretická, vymezuje pojmy jako je gastronomie, pohostinství a jeho historie, dále jsou zde rozebrány podmínky pro podnikání v pohostinství, jako například EET, zákoník práce, zákaz kouření, odvody pojištění a další. V analytické části je rozebrána problematika porušování zákonů v provozovnách ze dvou stran. Metodami výzkumu je dotazníkové šetření pro pracovníky v gastronomii a pro zákazníky navštěvující podniky, další metodou jsou řízené rozhovory s manažery ve třech provozovnách. V návrhové části práce jsou uvedena doporučení pro zkoumané podniky a provozovny v České republice obecně. Na základě zpracování této bakalářské práce bylo zjištěno, že k porušování legislativních předpisů dochází v mnoho provozovnách v České republice.

Abstract:

This Bachelor’s Dissertation analyzes economic conditions and situation in the Czech republic. The Dissertation is divided into three parts. The first part,teoretic part, is focused to the main concepts for this topic. It explains gastronomy, hospitality and it’s history, the second part od the teoretic part describes legislativ regulations for hospitality, for example labour code, insurance payments or smoking ban. In the analytical part the violation of the law is described from the two sides. The using metods are interview with managers of restaurants and guestioning people working in gastronomy and for customers in resturants. In the proposal part there are recommendations for the restaurants which we analyzed and for restaurations in general. In the bachelor’s dissertation was finded that a lot of restaurants in the Czech republic violate the legislativ regulations.
