Účelem této práce bylo provést analýzu implementace eGovernmentu do české státní správy se zaměřením na nový zákon 300/2008 Sb., takzvaný zákon o eGovernmentu a s ním související problematiku datových schránek. Další část práce pojednává o Portálu veřejné správy České republiky (PVS ČR), který je srovnáván s obdobnými projekty ve Velké Británii a Austrálii. The main goal of this thesis was to analyze the state of implementation of eGovernment principles into czech public administration taking the new law 300/2008 Sb.
