The needs of profession versus academic preparation - the views of studying educators

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kombinovaného studia vychovatelů v zařízeních ústavní a ochranné výchovy. V teoretické části se vychází z legislativních východisek, zaměřeno je především na osobnost vychovatele, komunikaci, na vztahy vychovatel - dítě a také je snaha zobrazit skutečnost v praxi v zařízeních ústavní a ochranné výchovy. V praktické části je výzkum zaměřen formou rozhovorů na skuktečnost, rozdíly a potřeby praxe a nabídku studia speciální pedagogiky.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis deals with the issue of distance studum of tutors working in the facilities of institutional and protective care. Theoretical part of the thesis is based on legislative standing points, is aimed mainly at the personality of a tutor, communication, relationships tutor - child and also wants to figure out the reality of practice in the facilities of institutional and protective care. The research in the practical part of the thesis (done by interview) is aimed at the reality, differences and needs of the profession and content of special pedagogy university studies.
