The satisfaction of employees with the human resources management in the organization

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá spokojeností zaměstnanců s řízením lidských zdrojů v organizaci. Cílem práce je zodpovědět otázku, zda jsou zaměstnanci spokojeni s vybranými personálními činnostmi organizace. Teoretická část práce pojednává o řízení lidských zdrojů, o personálním řízení a o ovlivňování. Další kapitoly teoretické části vytváří teoretickou základnu k dílčím výzkumný otázkám. Závěr teoretické části zmiňuje odlišnosti spojené s národností a kulturou jednatele zkoumané organizace. Metodologická část představuje hlavní a dílčí výzkumnou otázku, cíl, metodu a organizaci výzkumu. Empirická část analyzuje výsledky výzkumu, odpovídá na dílčí výzkumné otázky, hlavní výzkumnou otázku a porovnává zjištěné názory jednatele a zaměstnanců organizace. Závěr práce tvoří shrnutí výsledků výzkumu a doporučení pro organizaci, ve které výzkum probíhal.

Abstract:

This thesis is concerned with the satisfaction of employees with the human resources management in the organization. The aim of this thesis is to answer the question, whether the employees are satisfied with the selected human resources activities in the organization. The teoretical part of this thesis dissertate about the human resources management, about the personal management and about the influencing. Next chapters of the theoretical part creates theoretical base for the partial research questions. The end of the theoretical part mentioning differences connected with the nationality and with the culture of the managing director of the surveyed organization. The methodological part presents the main and the partial research questions, the aim, the method and the organization of the research. The empirical part analyses results of the research, responds to the partial research questions, to the main research question and compares detected opinions of the managing director and of the employees of the organization. The conclusion of the thesis creates summary of results of the research and the recommendation for the organization, where the research was done.
