Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku zaměstnávání cizinců v ČR. Otázka zaměstnávání cizích státních příslušníků v naší zemi je jedním ze zásadních témat dnešní doby, tedy je na místě na toto téma hovořit. Pro cizí státní příslušníky není jednoduché se u nás zaměstnat. Proces je zdlouhavý, je nutné s ním začít ještě před vlastním příchodem do naší země, a tedy zde popíši o co všechno je nutno požádat a kde, ještě před příjezdem. Nevynechám ani procesy jež jsou nutné ze zákona vyřídit po příjezdu a kde, než se cizinec může zaměstnat a jaká pracovní zařazení může získat a na jak dlouho. Budu zde hovořit nejprve všeobecně o celé problematice migrace, způsobech, příčinách i důsledcích. Pohovořím o migrační politice jak EU, tak našeho vlastního státu, proberu zákonné termíny, odpovědné orgány, práva a současně i povinnosti migrujících občanů, možnosti pracovních míst, povolení k pobytu a mnohých nutných krocích, jež ve finále vedou k zaměstnanosti cizinců. Je jisté, že neopomenu ani práva a povinnosti zaměstnavatelů, a stejně tak i zákonných a kontrolních orgánů. Výsledky z dotazníků nám ukáží jaký náhled na zaměstnávání cizinců mají respondenti. Závěr práce sumarizuje zevrubný pohled na téma pobytu a práce cizinců v ČR.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the issue of employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic. The issue of employing foreign nationals in our country is one of the fundamental topics of today, so it is appropriate to talk about this topic. It is not easy for foreign nationals to get a job here. The process is lengthy, it is necessary to start with it even before your arrival in our country, so here I will describe what you need to ask for and where, even before your arrival. I will also not leave out the processes that are required by law to be completed upon arrival and where, before a foreigner can get a job and what job title he can get and for how long. I will first talk here in general about the whole issue of migration, the ways, causes and consequences. I will talk about the migration policy of both the EU and our own state, I will discuss legal deadlines, responsible authorities, rights and at the same time obligations of migrating citizens, job opportunities, residence permits and many necessary steps that ultimately lead to the employment of foreigners. It is certain that I will not forget the rights and obligations of employers, as well as legal and control authorities. The results of the questionnaires will show us the view of the respondents on the employment of foreigners. The conclusion of the work summarizes a comprehensive view of the topic of foreigners' stay and work in the Czech Republic.
