Předmětem této disertační práce je ochrana třetích osob v exekučním řízení. Uvedené téma je zvoleno s ohledem na jeho velmi vysokou aktuálnost, neboť zejména s ohledem na specifika české právní úpravy spočívající ve dvoukolejnosti, resp. výkonu rozhodnutí podle části šesté občanského soudního řádu a exekuci podle exekučního řádu, dochází k neustálému nárůstu možného ohrožení těchto subjektů v průběhu …more
Abstract:
The topic of this dissertation thesis is The Protection of the Third Parties in the Distrainment. The topic is based on the fact that the question of the distrainment, especially the protection of the third parties, very actual is. We can safely say that there still exist a lot of problematic questions and problems of today’s legal regulation, as well.
