Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem hledání a vyjádření individuality osoby prostřednictvím stylu oblékání v teoretické a praktické části pod názvem Rebel. Prostřednictvím zkoumání podstaty módní kultury Japonska, zejména pak pouličního stylu oblasti Harajuku a autentické japonské zkušenosti, která vedla ke vzniku neomezeného počtu subkultur, Rebel rozšiřuje hranice obecně přijatého pojetí krásy a módy a zkoumá limity spojení různých materiálů, dezénů, stylů a tradic. Práce jako celek má definovat módu jako praxi a proces, jehož prostřednictvím vytváříme a sdílíme určité významy.

Abstract:

The present bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of searching for the individuality of a person and ways of expressing it through the style of dressing in both the theoretical and practical part called The Rebel. By means of exploring the essence of Japanese fashion culture, especially through the street style of the Harajuku region, and authentic Japanese experience that resulted in an unlimited number of subcultures, the Rebel pushes the boundaries of a general notion of beauty and fashion, and explores the limits of combining different materials, designs, styles and traditions. The goal of the thesis is to define fashion as a part of practice and a process in the course of which we create and share certain meanings.
