Anotace: Cílem mé bakalářské práce je přiblížení zákona č. 182/2006 Sb., o úpadku a způsobech jeho řešení (insolvenční zákon), který vešel v účinnost k 1.1.2008 a nahradil tak zákon č.328/1991 Sb. , o konkursu a vyrovnání. Práce analyzuje především novou formu řešení úpadku nepodnikající fyzické osoby – oddlužení. Zároveň přibližuje konkurs, moratorium a reorganizaci jako další ze způsobů řešení úpadku …more
Abstract:
Annotation: The target of my bachelor´s work is approaching of the law nr. 182/2006 the failure and the ways of it´s solution (insolvent law) that went into the effect in 1.1.2008 and replaced the low nr. 328/1991 bankruptcy and compensation.
