The dynamic changes of elektrodermal activity in dependent to the difficulty of a motor task.

Abstract:

Tento výzkum je zaměřen na pozorování dynamiky změn EDA v závislosti na obtížnosti senzomotorického úkolu. Změny jsou vyvolány pomocí testu bimanuální koordinace nazvaného supportní kreslení. V teoretické části nalezneme kapitoly sloužící k hlubšímu porozumění dané problematiky, jako například terminologii a fyziologický základ měření EDA. Poté kapitoly věnované anatomii a fyziologii kůže, aktivační úrovni jedince, motorickému učení, motorické docilitě či temperamentu. V metodologické části pak najdeme popis přístroje na měření elektrodermální aktivity, popis testu supportního kreslení a postup při testování. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že při zvyšování obtížnosti senzomotorického úkolu roste průměrná hodnota EDA a snižuje se průměrná velikost změn EDA.

Abstract:

This research focused on the observation of the dynamics of EDA, depending on the difficulty of the motor task. Changes are caused by the test bimanual coordination, called a Support drawing. The theoretical part of the chapter is used to find a deeper understanding of this problem, such as terminology and physiological basis for measuring EDA. After chapters about anatomy and physiology of the skin, the activity level, motoric learning, docility and temperament. In the methodological part, we find a description of the device for a measuring electrodermal activity, a description of the test support drawing and testing procedures. The research shows that by increasing the difficulty of the senzomotorickeho task the average amount of EDA increases, and the average size changes of EDA is reduced.
