Abstract:
Téma práce je právní ochrana hospodářských zvířat. Cílem práce je analýza stávající právní úpravy a analýza veřejné správy na úseku ochrany hospodářských zvířat. Zároveň reflektuji zásadní změny, které přinese nová právní úprava.
Abstract:
This thesis is the legal protection of farm animals. The aim is to analyze existing legislation and analysis of public administration in the field of protection of farm animals. At the same time reflect the fundamental changes that will bring new legislation.
