Legal standing of statutory towns
Abstract:
Práce pojednává o právním postavení statutárních měst. Zabývá se historií a vývoji měst, vymezuje znaky právních předpisů a legislativní procesy uvnitř statutárních měst. Zhodnocením vymezení pojmu statutární město získáváme informace, za jakých podmínek je město označeno jako statutární, jaké jsou pravomoci uvnitř statutárních měst, jaké postavení mají městské části. This paper discusses legal standing of statutory towns. It is engaged in the history and towns evolution, it defines legal regulations and legislative operations inside the statutory towns.
