Anotace: Diplomová práce je zaměřena na uplatnění zdravé výživy v cukrářské výrobě. V diplomové práci jsou zahrnuty alternativní směry stravování, dále základní živiny potřebné k životu. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the application of healthy diet in confectionery production. It includes alternace wals of nourishment and Essentials life nutrients. The work introduces elementary materilas used in confectionery production, such as sugar, flour, fruit, nuts and oils. The work also shows the alternatives to sweetening.
