Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo shrnout základní informace o geneticky modifikovaných organismech se zaměřením na geneticky modifikované potraviny. Teoretická část pojednává o historii, legislativě, konzumaci a pěstovaní se zaměřením na přínosy i rizika těchto potravin. Praktická část se zabývá vyhodnocením průzkumu o vědomostech a postojích, souvisejících s genetickou modifikací, u studentů vysokých škol.
Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis was to summarize the basic information about genetically modified organisms, specially about genetically modified foods. The theoretical part deals with the history, legislation, consumption and cultivation. It focuses on the benefits and risks of these foods.
